Local smaller coworking spaces could be a good middle ground

  Before the pandemic I was thinking it could be nice if neighborhoods were redesigned so that they were like a grid that surround a neighborhood co-working space and park, and have some commercial food options at the corners (so each corner serves four neighborhoods). Commute would be like 3-5 minutes at most, easily biked, also easily go home at lunchtime or reach multiple food options within a 3 minute drive, even more with a 5 minute drive, etc. Spent a few minutes and made an image of what I was thinking: https://imgur.com/gallery/3ybeBDE https://imgur.com/gallery/3ybeBDE
