Not at all! Governance councils are elected for terms by stakeholders. You could remove that and just require everyone with a stake to vote and hope for 50% but

- endisneigh 5y agoSeems needless inefficient to me - if you’re going to use an elected body and fall back to simple majority the existing systems can already do it faster. Different strokes for different folks I suppose
