Why would someone not report to the police in such cases? Don’t get me wrong but if you’re not ok with how HR handled things you should report to the police, especially if there’s someone who touches you even if you’ve made it clear to them that you don’t want them to. This is her story, I would like to hear their story, and this won’t happen if there is no investigation going on. If HR “is compliant with misogyny” they should be held accountable for that. Until then, this is just a story put out there that could be true or totally made up.
