Isn't the labor shortage caused by the government paying people to not work, i.e. the covid relief money? Receiving that money is contingent on not picking up a job.
- JaimeThompson 5y agoI believe all / most of that aid stopped in August or September but even the states which didn't use the aid are seeing issues getting all jobs filled.
