- Thlom 5y agoBoth delicious. Fish balls should be heated in a white sauce (based on the “sauce” from the package) and served with potatoes and with a sprinkle of curry on top. Fish cakes are best sautéed in butter and eaten on the go imo, but you can also serve it in a brown sauce and of course with potatoes.
