I often run (maskless of course) on the street where I can see public’s school stadium. Kids there wear masks outside while running around stadium during PE class. What kind of insanity is this??! This is in Santa Clara county, CA.
- astrange 5y agoMasks outside are good actually. It’s cold outside and they’re warm. You can’t wear a scarf while running.
- option 5y agogood try. But Santa Clara county isn’t exactly a cold place, and they do it when it is +30C. I know parents whose kid actually fainted during PE outside.
- astrange 5y agoI mean it’s surprisingly cold right now. Isn’t calling anything under 55F freezing part of the California lifestyle? But yes in summer the only real upside is getting to dress like a bank robber.
