Yeah I think there's a level of about 1-15 mil where you're not like baller level rich but you have more than enough to explore the world and live a very very comfortable life.
- BrandoElFollito 5y agoThe low millions, at least in Western Europe, is not enough to sustain a comfortable life without working when you are 10+ years from retirement. Of course you can always go for a frugal life but the average middle class one (vacations, no much worries when going to the supermarket, ...) for a family of 4 is not easily doable. When you have the 7M€ OP has, you have a realistically stable income of 140k€ post taxes which is very comfortable. I think that the tipping poing is around 5M€.
