I downloaded the installer from a windows machine. After trying to install and run, it still complained about a missing implementation. The tutorial explains how to install using wine 5.11, to make it run correctly, simply run it using wine 5.12 after installed. I used bottles to install wine versions my distro wasn't shipped with. Also used winetricks to install fonts. At the end it works, but be aware: it is slow and buggy.
