Alternative explanation: We're looking towards huge amounts of inflation. Stocks are the safest place to stash savings, so are currently at high P/E.
- choeger 5y agoThat's the thing, ain't it? If you exit the market for cash during an inflation period you will realize losses of x% per annum. So the question is: Is the current stock bubble driven by inflation expectations?
- blip54321 5y agoIt doesn't matter. The question is whether we will continue to see high inflation. Whatever the current perceived cause, if we do see massive inflation then it's not a bubble.
