Anecdotally, this is the same anywhere. Cops take forever to show up. I always assumed it was a coordinated effort to pump the populace for more funding.

- diogenescynic 5y agoNot true. I've lived in other parts of the state where cops show up much quicker--especially if it's something that isn't a property crime.
