The leakage of a battery isn't something you can stop. It's a big amount of stored energy released in a short while like a bomb.

- romwell 5y agoAnd there's not going to be a market for it even in devices which don't need large capacities, unless we force manufacturers like Bose to inform the public of the hazards of the products that they sell if they put dangerous batteries in them. Which is why some of us here are urging the OP to sue: to make sure the safety innovation has demand in the free market.
