Have any artists sued NFT platforms for copyright infringement around the sale of their IP? Am I naive in thinking they could probably get courts to order the NFT platform to pay the artist all proceeds of the sale of their art (from their own pocket if the fraudulent seller was already paid)? Are the NFT platforms' owners in jurisdictions which make this difficult/impossible?
