- ern 5y agoMost professional programmers (software developers) I’ve worked with avoid writing comments in favour of self-documenting code. I wonder if this Tweet illustrates a divergence in style between scientists and others who code as part of their jobs on the one hand; and people whose primary role is developing software for a living, on the other.
