- electroly 5y agoAWS doesn't send you codes via email like DigitalOcean does. The situation as stated doesn't exist at all. If you forgot your password AND lost access to your email so you can't use the reset link, you can contact them at https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/ https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/ without having to log in. They have a special system for lost login support requests.

The fact that they have some person answer the phone doesn't mean they have to fix the problem.
