There were 6 to 12 months iirc where they did not distribute their source required by GPL. I have close friends on the OBS team.
- wccrawford 5y agoIf nobody asked for the source and was denied, they were not yet in violation. They aren't required to actually post it online. They can simply send it to someone when asked.
- jnwatson 5y agoThey are required to post the notice about how to get the source code.
