CSAM is about using that same incredibly effective method and extending it even to those that do not have children. You cannot even "opt out" by simply staying off cloud services now your own phone is a spy against you. Think of the children is a devastatingly effective way to slip past peoples defense and have them willing allow their own subjugation. Again you are correct I don't know any place to look for stats other than my own experience of how shocked people seem to be when some sort of legal issue comes their way. Along with internet comments about just hire a lawyer that you can find in any comment thread about law.
