Same here, but I found the image flipped randomly over several reloads. Seems the race condition exists in that POC also. Perhaps there's a hardware condition

Same here, but I found the image flipped randomly over several reloads. Seems the race condition exists in that POC also. Perhaps there's a hardware condition in the authors' particular iDevice that causes it to consistently favor one path.

- wyldfire 5y agoGee, seems like this race condition is the kinda thing that would be used in a long chain of exploits to eventually escape and take control. Thankfully the bug is limited to how it's rendered...for now.
