- shyn3 5y agoThat mentality is not going to help you. Baseball players bat 0.333 as the best players, in any other facet of life that's a failure. Fix your mind and it will make things better.

- tenpoundhammer 5y agoIf you’ve faced a lot of rejection in your career or life it can lead to self evaluation that is not accurate. A therapist, counselor, or career coach can help you get a better sense of your actual position in the world and what to do to improve it. I’ve there and the most important thing to remember is your job is not you. Your still important and not worthless no matter what you’re job says.
