I (and others) do our fair amount of work which is usually enough to get the job done, despite you. I would never work late to cover you not working, but I never had to do that so far. I also don’t have a moral opinion about you cheating the company (after all you signed an agreement that you are not fulfilling just because you do not get caught). So I don’t mind either way. The thing is, it’s easy to cheat employers being a software developer on a place where people don’t know much about software and/or don’t care much. Just don’t assume everyone does it.
