I heard it on a podcast, though I'm pretty sure he didn't coin the phrase.
- bgroat 5y agoI wouldn't be surprised if he coined it. Admittedly, I'm a Buffet fan, so I think he can do anything. But he is pretty famously a bit of a wordsmith
