Yes. Stupid retards did it on video though, otherwise it wouldn't have been seen at all. This was after over an hour of threatening me and refusing my right to silence, not letting me speak to my lawyer, etc.
- at_a_remove 5y agoI would like to know more, if you're able. Eight years of false imprisonment sounds like lawsuit city, to me.
- kingcharles 5y agoIt is. I filed suit for a lot of different claims related to this, the only one that stuck was the coerced statements. I filed in 2015 but it is still working through the federal court.
