I thought they are paid salary. Isn't giving jabs part of their job?
- viraptor 5y agoA lot are salaried, some aren't, there's a number of models active at the same time. But NHS still has the ability to give incentives for things that are a benefit to everyone, like paying extra for vaccinations, screening for preventable diseases, etc. to give them priority. Also extra pay allows some clinics to run out of hours / weekend vaccination.
