The number of customers confusing Apache Log4j with Apache Web Server
Is Too Damn High!
- mrweasel 5y agoWe have a client that would like to know if we might have installed log4j by accident. It’s really hard to explain to people with limited technical knowledge what a library is, or that if Java isn’t running, then neither is log4j. Their entire stack is written in Perl and it’s the only software running, except, yup, Apache (httpd). They are very confused.
