Don't agree and I feel like the hyperbole I see by people on both sides of "political" issues is out of hand. Yes, this issue has become political even though it shouldn't be. Maybe the shortage of competent developers will end one day but until then, there is a very competitive labor market for all technical people not just developers. In this market, workers are not required to come into an office therefore vaccination is not an issue. If they act on the threat, it's at their own peril and other businesses will gain. It's not the end of civil rights though.
