We use CityNetwork public cloud managed services (MongoDB, Rancher/Kubernetes and Openstack for edge network/load balancer) and are reasonably happy with it.
Our goal was to not need to hire any sysadmins for patching and low-level stuff and that has worked fine.
Cost-wise it’s about 10x AWS because of the managed services (they have no DBaaS yet or anything similar to ECS Fargate). They are working on a MariaDB-aaS offering but we run MongoDB.
I haven’t seen any trace of RabbitMQ support.
Uptime has been OK - not sure if they reach 99.95% there have been some recent low-level storage outages that affected us.
