> I'd be curious of there is a similar effect in SF causing specific single family neighborhoods to empty out. Single-family home prices have been on a tear the past year, and for 2020 prices flattened rather than drop. Condominiums took a huge hit in 2020 and have only recently recovered to their 2019 levels. I don't know if actual families (or couples looking to start a family) are moving into those homes, though.
