- novok 5y agoExecs are paid mostly in stock, and it's a bad idea to leave all your money in one stock basket. Seeing how they are mostly round numbers on a regular schedule, it's probably a https://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/rule-10b5-1.asp https://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/rule-10b5-1.asp sale on a schedule.
- d3ad1ysp0rk 5y agoI scrolled thru the last 2 years, and honestly I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. Too much profit? Sure. I don't think the boosters are going to be what solidifies that issue for corporations though.. Some timing issue with selling? I don't see it.

- marderfarker2 5y agoPharma probably learnt what worked for software: turn perpetual licenses into subscriptions. Chances are these “boosters” will become a quarterly occurrence, even when the virus pose little to no threat (to an already vaccinated person)
- x86_64Ubuntu 5y agoYou mean like the flu virus? For which doctors say that we should get every year?
- tekknik 5y agoYet the flu vaccine isn’t required and social pressured, and also isn’t experimental at all. So probably a huge difference right? How many times has someone lost their job to not getting the flu vaccine?
- Nursie 5y agoThe covid vaccines are not 'experimental' either.

- 015a 5y agoSure they are; federal, state, and private entities are absolutely running active experiments on the broad safety and efficacy of these vaccines against new variants. That makes them "experimental". We've got enough data to reasonably assert that they're safe. That doesn't mean they aren't experimental. Its like saying gravity is a theory. It sure is. That doesn't mean my phone won't break when I drop it.
- Nursie 5y agosigh. In which case all medicine is experimental, because it's all being studied all the time.
- kcolford 5y agoThere's a reason doctors call it "practicing" medicine... (And it has nothing to do with the word practice getting a connotation of imperfect performance long after that phrase came into existence. :D )
- tekknik 5y agomost of which the companies have not been shielded against, like in this case, and again most of which was not developed in a rushed fashion to address an immediate need. have you forgotten about the people having heart issues after receiving the shot?
- dehrmann 5y agoYou'd think a booster push would mean they should hold, not sell.
- hanselot 5y agoPoint out something about pharma and immediately the shills appear to rebuke and distract. I hate this world so much. I hope these pharma reps all die. Every single one.
- BbzzbB 5y agoHere[0] is a better website to look at this data. He started selling in November 2019, before the pandemic, and has kept a steady-ish pace. If there is a pharma agenda here for endless boosters, why is he not accumulating/holding rather than off-loading his shares? 0: https://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/1443340.htm https://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/1443340.htm
