I'd love to read some case studies where Chinese courts uphold the IP rights of foreign companies.
- szhsh 5y agoIn the first half of 2019, foreign companies won 68% of their cases in the Beijing IP court.[0] Foreign companies are much more often plaintiffs than defendants, though the balance is supposedly shifting (Chinese companies are becoming more assertive about their own IP rights).
