It is true that overtime is nearly constant, personally I would compare it to Y2K happening every month. The rallying of staff is one thing but the repeated drumbeat of something hitting the fan in one part of the tech stack is transparently exhausting. Heterogeneous tech stacks have benefits and drawbacks and we're seeing the drawbacks play our in real-time as increased risk.
