Netflix: More subscribers than any cable company and growing the fastest (chart)
- jinushaun 15y agoGood riddance. I haven't had cable TV since 1993, and haven't watched TV since 2007. I used to miss it, but with shows on DVD and the internet, I don't any more.
- jameskilton 15y agoI predict that in 6 months to a year, Starz will come crawling back to Netflix, begging for reinstatement in Netflix's lineup. With that Netflix can offer a much lower rate, leading to a win-win for us consumers. Personally, if some movies disappear from Netflix that I want to watch, I'll just wait to watch them later. There's no way in hell I'd pay for the Starz channel (ignoring the fact that I dropped my cable tv entirely a year ago now, don't miss it at all).
