- deltree7 5y agoI very well know about Tragedy of Commons. Property Rights, the bedrock of capitalism, if properly enforced, by penalizing individuals/corps that pollutes/destroys someone else's (including public) property, takes care of most governmental action that is needed. "Enforce property and individual rights and get out of the way".
