Granted that measure is normalized, and my anecdotal evidence does match the feeling of being several standard deviations from the average person. Maybe my gripe with IQ is that as a theory, I find it intellectually unsatisfactory. I can accept that being good at solving the puzzles they gave me in tag class correlates with positive life experiences.
