A support forum for a commercial product is not a "community".
- duiker101 5y agoI disagree. If users can comment/contribute, and it's not just a private direct line to support, then people will start to hang out and talk and learn about each other, and that's a community, no matter the subject.
- selfhoster11 5y ago#offtopic channels attached to otherwise strictly topic-oriented chat servers can build up quite a community.
