Thanks for your input; this is a good remark! Based on people that know me very well and have some education about ASD (and I agree with them), my ASD-like behaviors are intentionally developped, and not caused by ASD. Of course, it still remains that I have personality traits that predispose me to such behaviors, such as being highly analytical. I don't mind whether my partner is on the ASD spectrum or not.
