Little known fact: Toolbar had an option where you could opt to let Google track *every URL" you visited. For quality purposes, you know.
And many, many people clicked it! I was in Ads 2008-2010 and working on using this data for prediction purposes (nothing creepy). Everyone said "Toolbar is going away!"
