I don't think not being able to teach how to ride a bicycle is due to being limited by words and language but more limited by muscle memory. Riding bicycle involves controlling multiple muscles at the same time, and doing it just without using subconscious and automatic part of mind is impossible. It is the same reason as you can't teach someone to play guitar by words without actually making them play and see the mistakes, even though you are perfectly capable to teach which area to press and how to strum and even make the person memorize the sequence.
