The immune response causes elevated blood sugar, among other things, for around 2 weeks.
For most people this is not really harmful but for people with blood glucose problems it can cause severe issues.
- eloff 5y agoThey became aware of the issue after a couple months after the second dose. The trouble with anecdotal evidence like this is there's no way to know if that was caused by the vaccine or would have happened anyway. Other people have reported similar things online. Again one must take it with a grain of salt.
