Is big pharma transitioning to the SaaS business model?
I worry about the incentives here.
- cute_boi 5y agothat is not only issue here. Pharma are provided with immunity and they are known to extort other government too. Imagine giving cash, power and immunity to these mammoths.

- barbacoa 5y agoThe FDA was forced to release the adverse reaction report that Pfizer sent due to losing a FOIA lawsuit https://phmpt.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/5.3.6-postmarketing-experience.pdf https://phmpt.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/5.3.6-postmarke... It is claims in Pfizer's own documents that in the first 90 days 42,086 adverse reactions were logged, of which 25,379 were medically confirmed. Pfizer reported that these resulted in 1223 deaths. This was Dec through Feb 2020 before wide scale roll out. We don't know how many doses were given out since that number is redacted by the FDA.
