- xxs 5y agoThat's not it at all - the banners are not required unless they intend to track you - stuff like sessions data or theme selection does not pertain to the 'cookie law', itself. The way most popup exist does not constitute an affirmative choice, which makes their existence & purpose misleading on purpose.
