How is his account shadow banned? You saw the comment. I saw the comment.

We have the settings enabled to see them. Take a look at their post history, the majority have been silenced as soon as they're posted, and unless someone responds directly by vouching, nothing gets seen by those without explicitly opting in to see it.

I don't have any such settings enabled, and I saw his comment...as well as all his other comments.

      This is what I see for the majority of their comments and history. Perhaps you mis-clicked and viewed another user's post history. https://imgur.com/l1xQHLn.png https://imgur.com/l1xQHLn.png https://imgur.com/Wz4Mpw0.png https://imgur.com/Wz4Mpw0.png https://imgur.com/IiIf1cR.png https://imgur.com/IiIf1cR.png https://imgur.com/n8oVKYe.png https://imgur.com/n8oVKYe.png https://imgur.com/TOmFbwJ.png https://imgur.com/TOmFbwJ.png https://imgur.com/YOLAxFl.png https://imgur.com/YOLAxFl.png https://imgur.com/TW8hz8D.png https://imgur.com/TW8hz8D.png

Those screenshots are empty. Still waiting for any kind of evidence that that user was "shadowbanned" as you say.
