They're adopting v3 but not removing this critical use-case.
- agilob 5y agoYes, but the next sentence says: >We have not yet set a deprecation date for Manifest v2 which means they plan to deprecate everything before v3, but don't want say it now.
- yogthos 5y agoThat doesn't contradict the quote from the parent comment. Mozilla is adopting v3, but will continue supporting use cases used by ad blockers.
