- joelbluminator 5y agoYeah I'm not sure about quoting Christopher McCandless so much... I was fascinated by him as well but end of the day he was a super young dude who decided to go into the wild with insufficient preparation, on purpose, and died of hunger. It is what it is. He never amounted to become Yoda or Ghandi or anything that we should be so comfortable in quoting him.
