Tesla achieved their mission of accelerating the worlds transition to sustainable energy.
Unfortunately Tesla will be dead in that future.
It’s already happening in California. Young FAANG engineers respect Teslas less, compared to 5 years ago. And a higher % of techies are considering Audi, BMW, and Porsche EVs.
- arlcode 5y agoCould you go into detail what you mean by "respect Tesla less" in that context? It seems to me that we are looking at a maturing market where several brands have released products which are quite good. Judging by the numbers Tesla is doing extraordinarily well and is still growing strongly. Unless one believed the Elon Musk groupy theory in which Tesla would be the only car manufacturer on the planet it's not really surprising at all.
