New York City Gives 800k Noncitizens Right to Vote in Local Elections
- neximo64 5y agoIt's cool when your city is the one implementing these policies on the frontier. What I mean by that is you wonder why it isn't so already. In the UK for example you can vote for prime minister (and heck even run for PM) if youre not a UK citizen if youre from a commonwealth country, and in local elections regardless.
