Edifice: A Declarative UI Library for Python
- burgerrito 5y agoSo, yesterday, I was bored, so I asked myself, what if there is a declarative UI library like React but for Python? Turns out there is. I haven't looked into it, but it looks pretty promising IMO. Maybe if I need to make some simple GUI app, I can use this. But, I am not really an expert in Python, so I haven't really looked deep into it, and there could be some drawbacks with this library. So, what are your opinion in this?
- ansgri 5y agoLooks somewhat similar to TraitsUI. Had some fun with it building data exploration interfaces with Chaco plotting library almost 10 (?!!) years ago.
