I've always thought that showing off is poor taste and will never do it even if it's now somehow trendy to be a shallow sell out aka marketing.
- beenBoutIT 5y agoShowing off is the whole point of social networks. Showing off pictures of dinner, children, girlfriends, boats and other things people might think are cool.
- mohanmcgeek 5y agoThat's not the only way to use a social network. There are productive ways to use it like informing people about a product that you would like to see succeed and like posting a goal to make your entire social network your accountability partner. People that I know have used social network to great effect without the pat on your own back type bragging.
