My friend mentions off-hand that "we talk all the time". We exchange a number of texts over Signal, most days but at least a couple times a week. That's enough to make him think "we talk all the time", but I am feeling super disconnected. I think tech makes some people not even try to reach out socialize in any beyond-digital way.
