What would you call if you are not "burned-out", but rather you hate the drudgery of work day-in day-out, know that you are not giving 100% and don't have the energy to put in that level of effort..what would you call that ? Would "unmotivated" do ? I don't think that is the right word, since I know the feeling and it's not just a matter of all-you-got-to-do is get motivated....
