I can't confirm any of this. I've had 0 keyboard issues or screen issues. Asus, windows 7 and 10. Laptop is 7 years old. My biggest surprise is how often I use the touch screen. I'm typically a mouse and keyboard guy, but when I'm on an airplane it's sooo easy to tap. Didn't know Apple doesn't offer touch screens, kind of shocked given how Essential they are to me.
