It opens much faster the second time of the day, but the first time is always over a few seconds. I'm probably including the slow feeling the Start menu obtained a few versions ago, I don't use it enough to pin it to the taskbar. The rating thing was real at some point, they might have removed it by now. My point is, important things are getting noticeably slower for almost zero gain, even though the machines have gotten WAY faster. Something is not right.
